Now Is the Time to Join or Renew
We are in this together and want to make sure you know 1Berkshire is willing to support you in any way we can. Like most organizations in the Berkshires, so much has changed for us at 1Berkshire as well as for you. The COVID-19 pandemic has altered our world, from the personal to the global. We want nothing more than to help rebuild a community and local economy that is stronger than ever.
With this in mind, our team at 1Berkshire has taken measures to provide our current members and potential new members with an option to keep you connected and your membership current. For the year membership cycle for 2020-21, we are offering a 50% reduction in membership fees. In addition, we are also willing to work with you to set up a payment plan, as we realize that our renewal cycle may coincide with challenging financial circumstances and the expenses around reopening your business.
The 50% credit is available to both new and returning members.
If you choose to take the 50% credit toward your membership, please know you will still be able to enjoy the same benefits as before, such as:
- directory listing and link to your business on 1berkshire.com and berkshire.org
- posting of your events and deals on 1berkshire.com and berkshires.org
- engagement with our 1Berkshire and Visit the Berkshires social media audiences
- use of our 1Berkshire and “Life is Calling” Berkshire logos
- discounted rates on advertising opportunities
- mailing list purchase opportunities
- free networking events and discounted event tickets to 1Berkshire events (when we resume our regular event programming)
- reduced rate for posting jobs on 1Berkshire’s jobs thing
In addition to the items listed above, our members also benefit from the advocacy efforts of our team. Most notably, our President and CEO Jonathan Butler has been serving on Massachusetts’s Reopening Committee on Hospitality and Tourism.
1Berkshire is so proud to work with and represent you. You inspire us each and every day, and we are grateful to serve this community and all of the creative, innovative, and uniquely Berkshire businesses of Western Massachusetts. We hope you will consider joining or renewing today.
