An upcoming educational opportunity for 1Berkshire and EANE members

Through a partnership with 1Berkshire and the Employers Association of the NorthEast (EANE), local businesses have access to professional development opportunities designed to address real-world workplace challenges. One upcoming opportunity on Thursday, November 19 is Leveraging the Power of a Multi-Generational Workforce, an engaging workshop designed to help participants better understand and connect with colleagues across generations.

Today’s workplaces bring together employees with different experiences, communication styles, values, and perspectives. While these differences can sometimes present challenges they also create an opportunity for organizations to build stronger teams and improve employee engagement.  

The November 19th workshop will explore the communication styles, values, and motivators of Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Gen Z. By gaining a better understanding of what different generations bring to the table, participants can learn how to bridge communication gaps, strengthen collaboration, and create an environment where employees can work more effectively together.

This workshop will provide participants with insights and practical strategies they can bring back to their organizations.
