Alex: My love of music, travel, coffee, and food has propelled me forward my entire life and given me the opportunity to work, live, and love all over the world. I thrive when I can share a simple meal with mates, take a swim in the ocean, go running through the woods with my dog, or simply spend time with those I love the most. I’m Australian and right now, I’m a Baker of Bread. At this time, in this place, most days I get to enjoy watching someone take a bite out of one of my baguettes, while it’s still in the bag and I think that’s pretty special.
Aaron: Food brings us together around a common experience. I want to be around a table with different people and help make connections through that shared experience. I’ve spent almost half my life in the food business; it’s an important field of work and is growing in new directions. We hope, as always, that it can evolve to be better with each new iteration. My goal is to put better food on the tables of those within our community, however possible.
