Dude! Bowling Alley from the 1960s That Inspired the Big Lebowski Goes on Sale for $4 MILLION

A 1960s bowling alley famed for supposedly being the inspiration for hit film The Big Lebowski is up for sale at $4 million.

Cove Bowling Lanes in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, was frequented by its filmmakers Joel and Ethan Coen when they studied at nearby Simons Rock College in the 1970s.

Locals believe their sessions there spawned the 1998 cult film as the sweater worn by protagonist The Dude was popular at the time. Read more about the Cove >>
