Just opened due to a promotion! Berkshire County Arc has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Family Support & Advocacy. Make a true difference in people’s lives while enjoying a challenging and exciting career.
- The Director of Family Support and Advocacy will oversee the Adult Family Care Program, Central and Southern Family Support Center, Individualized Supports Program, Respite House Liaison, Internship Program, Service Delivery & Navigation, and all agency Advocacy Groups and initiatives and more.
- The Director of Family Support & Advocacy will also oversee all data management and reporting to Department of Developmental Services and Mass Health and any other pertinent funders. This position will have a presence on the local, regional and state level in all areas pertaining to Family Support and Advocacy.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in human service-related field preferred, or bachelor’s degree in human service related field with at least 5 years’ recent experience working with disabled individuals.
- Valid driver’s license & insured vehicle.
