Leadership Training and Professional Development

Berkshire Leadership Program (BLP)

Established in 1997, the Berkshire Leadership Program (BLP) is a premier leadership training program designed to prepare and sustain leaders across the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts. This leadership training opportunity is ideal for professionals seeking career advancement, leadership skills development, and an expanded network of personal and professional contacts. BLP also serves as an excellent introduction to the region for newcomers. To date, BLP has graduated more than 665 participants.

1Berkshire Youth Leadership Program

Launched in January 2010, the 1Berkshire Youth Leadership Program (YLP) is a year-long leadership development course designed for high school juniors. With the guidance of educators and local business leaders, students gain valuable insight into the business community while developing essential leadership skills. Since its inception, YLP has celebrated the graduation of more than 300 participants, equipping them with the skills to become future leaders in their industries and communities.
