Position Description
Berkshire County Arc Human Resources Department is growing again! We are adding an HR Manager to our amazing team. The HR Manager assists in the development and implementation of policies and programs relating to all phases of human resources activity. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ Human Resources Management preferred, or 10 years’ Human Resources Management in lieu of degree.
- SHRM/HRCI certification strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, people, and leadership skills needed.
- Strong computer skills a must.
- HRIS experience a plus.
- Valid driver’s license & insured vehicle
