For many in Berkshire County, a growing demand for healthcare jobs provides a solid path to gainful employment.
“Companies are constantly re-affirming the need for pretty much all levels in the healthcare industry,” said Heather Boulger, executive director of the Berkshire County Regional Employment Board.
