Greylock Federal Credit Union has announced the promotions of Brad J. Felix to assistant vice president, Business Banking officer and Mark Kaley to Member Service Contact Center manager. Felix has served in the Business Banking department since 2008. In his new role, he will be responsible for helping credit union members with business loans and other financial products and services. Kaley was previously Contact Center supervisor, helping oversee 70 percent of all incoming calls and contacts to the credit union, including all internet banking inquiries.
