Berkshire Health Systems seeks applicants for two Clinical Manager positions for overnight shifts (11pm-7am), one serving the 2 East Medical unit and one serving the 3 East Cardiac/Neuro unit.
Definition/Primary Functions
The Clinical Manager provides supervision of the daily operations on the assigned units. Acts on behalf of the organization, providing supervision for staff members. Participates in the hiring process and disciplinary action as necessary. Demonstrates knowledge of and assures compliance with accrediting/regulatory agency standards, hospital and departmental policies and procedures and customer service standards.
Position Qualifications (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)
Experience:
- Three years of unit-specific experience required.
- Teaching experience preferred.
- Leadership experience required.
- Experience with electronic medical record and clinical documentation systems required.
Education and Training:
- RN required.
- BSN required, MSN preferred.
- Knowledge of software applications (Outlook, Microsoft) required.
License, Certification, & Registration:
- RN License – Currently licensed as an RN in Massachusetts.
