Berkshire Blueprint 2.0 Transportation Strategy Committee

As part of the Berkshire Blueprint 2.0, in April 2019, 1Berkshire convened a tactical working group around the concept of creating a comprehensive and cohesively networked public/private transportation system in the Berkshires. As of January 2020, this group has contracted with a consulting firm, TransAction, to conduct a feasibility and design study for a conceptual Transportation Management Association (TMA) for the region. This page is committed to the ongoing work of this committee and for a public facing point of engagement in the process of developing a TMA in the Berkshires.

Transportation Management Association (TMA) Feasibility Study

Over the course of 2019 and 2020, our Berkshire Blueprint Transportation Strategy Group worked with a consultant team to facilitate a feasibility and early design study of what a TMA would look like here in the Berkshires.
