NORTH ADAMS — Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts President James F. Birge is getting more involved in the county’s employment sector.
Birge has recently been appointed to the board of directors of both 1Berkshire in Pittsfield and Lever in North Adams. Being a member of both boards is part of the college’s outreach to the greater community, as MCLA continues to maintain and expand vital connections throughout the Berkshires.
