BERKSHIRE COUNTY, MA – 1Berkshire in conjunction with the Berkshire Initiative for Growth (B.I.G.) will host Our Next B.I.G. Idea: Understanding the Future of Work and How to Attract and Retain Millennials. This is a unique educational event for Berkshire businesses that will be facilitated by Live in the Grey and will focus on attracting and retaining a millennial workforce.
