1Berkshire Announces This Friday’s Virtual Town Hall

May 17, 2021 – Pittsfield, MA – Following up on the successful Virtual Town Halls focused on the Performing Arts and the Museum Experience, 1Berkshire is announcing its next Town Hall. It will be held on Friday, May 21, 2021, at 10:00 AM and the focus will be on Outdoor Recreation in the Berkshires.

“Outdoor recreation has been one of the most omnipresent, yet underappreciated pillars of the Berkshire economy for generations, but that has started to change,” said 1Berkshire President and CEO Jonathan Butler.  “This Virtual Town Hall will focus on the abundance of outdoor recreation opportunities and assets in the Berkshires that are maturing into a full-force economic driver.”

Moderated by Jonathan Butler, this panel will include Senator Adam Hinds; Brian Cruey, Director of Southern Berkshires for the Trustees of Reservations; Jenny Hansell, President of Berkshire Natural Resources Council (BNRC); and, Mindy Miraglia, Founder of Berkshire Camino, LLC.
