Springfield/The Berkshires Lend Historic, Natural Backdrop

Like famed 19th century writer and transcendentalist Henry David Thoreau, who “discovered around me an ocean of mist, which…shut out every vestige of the earth” atop Mount Greylock, J.K. Rowling found magic at Massachusetts’ highest peak.
