Qualifications

Eligible candidates must hold a MA ESE School Business Administrator License. Preferred 5 years of administrative experiences, Master’s degree or higher.

General Job Description

The Business Administrator will develop and manage the fiscal affairs of the District and serve as operational support to a part-time superintendent. This position will oversee the services provided by the Maintenance and Facilities Department, Food Services Department, Purchasing and Accounting Department, and Transportation Department.

This position will be distinguished by requiring experience with and knowledge of budget development and control in an educational setting, and have a working knowledge of the district, county, state, and federal regulations related to financial operation, food service, transportation and facilities management. The position will serve as a member of the Superintendent’s Cabinet, and require the ability to lead, manage and evaluate, communicate and problem solve, and work with the public and local, state, and federal agencies. This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Compensation

Regionally competitive.
