Berkshire Young Professionals (BYP)

BYP addresses the challenges of forming connections for the next generation. We represent not just limited to traditional businesses but all the industries in the Berkshires from agriculture, manufacturing, healthcare and tourism to the creative economy, education and non-profits. All are welcome!

The group name includes the word “young” because the organization focuses on connecting individuals between the ages of 21 to 40 but there is no age limit. We encourage locals over 40 to participate, mentor, and help connect the next generation with different opportunities.
