Help Your Business with a 1B Site Visit

This month, 1Berkshire would like to pay tribute to our valued clients; the core of our organization. Our client network of businesses and services is critical to our ability to market the Berkshires as a premier vacation destination and a fantastic place to live and work.

The goal of the Client Services team at 1Berkshire is to connect clients with the tools they need to grow their network, promote their business and develop their workforce. We provide them with access to varied resources including networking events and advertising opportunities each tailored to their specific needs.

Our Client Relations Associate, Stephanie Bosley, reaches out to dozens of clients each month to learn more about their businesses via scheduled site visits. These visits are critical to the relationships we have with our clients as they provide us the opportunity to learn hands on from the businesses we serve. Site visits are also a chance for our clients to show off aspects of their business that we might not normally see or know about. The better we know you, the better we can promote your business.

“Invariably, we find that after a face-to-face visit, our members are able to take better advantage of their relationship with us. We’ve also learned more about their business and that helps us in crafting social media posts, developing content for our website and public relations efforts, or in connecting them with a fellow 1Berkshire member for mutual benefit,” said Laura Brennan, Director of Client Services.

Meet with Stephanie Bosley.Visit Amaray with us.Amaray signed up for a site visit.A recent site visit took Stephanie to Amaray, a manufacturer of plastic molds carrying on the rich tradition of plastics development in the Berkshires. The company started in 1880 as a manufacturer of lead-based plumbing products. In the 1960s, the company saw its avenue to success through polypropylene injection molding, leading to their first patent in the plastics arena. In 1982, Amaray opened its third facility in Pittsfield’s Downing Industrial Park. Today, Amaray is a multinational company with 323 patented designs. More than likely, you have an Amaray product in your home right now and it is made right here #intheberkshires.

“I was impressed with some of the products Amaray makes locally, including the Amaray DVD case – the industry standard since 1995,” Stephanie commented. Stephanie also pointed out that Amaray’s service to Berkshire County extends beyond their facility and into our local schools through a toolmaking partnership with McCann Technical School in North Adams.

Just one visit with Stephanie became a catalyst for new ideas. Amaray is now collaborating with 1Berkshire to discover more ways they can have an impact in the Berkshires. That’s just one example of what the 1Berkshire team can do for its clients.

Give us a call or send us an email to set up a visit. We are excited to get to know more about you as we work to identify new ways to support and grow your business.
