1Berkshire to Host Millennial Attraction & Retention Event for Employers

BERKSHIRE COUNTY, MA – 1Berkshire in conjunction with the Berkshire Initiative for Growth (B.I.G.) will host Our Next B.I.G. Idea: Understanding the Future of Work and How to Attract and Retain Millennials. This is a unique educational event for Berkshire businesses that will be facilitated by Live in the Grey and will focus on attracting and retaining a millennial workforce. The event will take place on Wednesday, April 13 from 8:30 am -12:30 pm at the Colonial Theatre.

The event will feature remarks from Brad Lande, CEO of Live in the Grey (Live in the Grey is a movement that helps companies and individuals thrive by living more authentically in the workplace.) ; a panel discussion including Berkshire CEOs that have embraced some unique workplace philosophies; and a special “Values at Work” training exercise.
